Higher.id helps Indonesian workers and business owners find trusted services without the usual friction — “Cari Jasa tanpa Ribet” — fronted by an AI assistant that understands what you need.
The challenge
Service marketplaces usually bury users in categories and filters. Higher.id wanted the opposite: describe what you need in plain language and get matched with the right service.
The approach
The homepage IS the assistant: a conversational search box (text, image, and voice input) matches requests to marketplace listings, with comparison and guarantees handling the trust side.
